Human Resources Manager

Our client, a national leader in their industry, has an immediate need for an HR Manager for their Triad-based operations (central NC).  Reporting to the VP of Human Resources, the HR Manager oversees all functions of the HR Department including: policies, programs and services.  An important function of the HR Manager is to work with the department managers in the company, assisting and advising them on Human Resources policies and procedures. 

Job Requirements

  • PHR/SPHR Certification required.
  • BA/BS degree in Human Resources, Business, Organization Development. 
  • 10 years progressive HR experience including 5 years in an HR Manager role.
  • Prefer expertise in employment law, compensation, organizational planning and development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventative labor relations.
  • Active affiliation with SHRM and/or the local chapter HRMAG.
