Job Description

 Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced HR professional for a contract position with a fortune 100 client. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of HR experience doing onboarding & pre employment processing.  Job Duties:

  • Assist corporate recruitment team with onboarding and processing new hires
  • Write and extend offer letters
  • Update recruiters and HR staff of onboarding timeline
  • Enter candidate information into background check and onboarding vendors and track for completeness
  • Register new employees for new hire orientation
  • Prepare and present HR information during new hire orientation
  • Work with outside departments on hiring timelines and assist with any needs

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of HR experience 
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a fast pace environment
