Human Resources Generalist - temporary to hire - Greensboro NC

Our client has an immediate need for an experienced Human Resources Generalist. 

Job Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Maintain knowledge of legal requirements and government reporting regulations and compliance
  • Plan and conduct new employee orientation and onboarding.
  • Assist with administering company health benefits including, medical, dental, vision, life, supplement and 401(K).
  • Receive and document employee complaints and grievances.
  • Assist in employee relations issues, including performance issues, disciplinary action, and termination.
  • Maintain and create job descriptions and salary analysis.
  • Liaison with Corporate Office on new positions, interviews and human resource documentation.
  • Assist with administering performance review program.

Job Requirements

  • BS/BA Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Three (3) years of Senior Human Resources Professional experience.
  • Familiar with HR compliance, FMLA, ADA, worker’s compensation, and performance management.
  • Decision-making, speaking and interpersonal skills; computer knowledge including human resources information systems software (preferred ADP).
