Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is current seeking an experienced IT professional for a temp to hire opportunity with a well established company here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in help desk support, systems upgrades and basic trouble shooting. This is an office environment position.

Job Duties:

  • Point of contact for all internal customer inquiries
  • Work through IT ticketing system
  • Manage systems upgrade project for Windows
  • Troubleshoot PC's including printer setup and basic network issues
  • Pass on customer feedback with internal team
  • Configure basic hardware

Job Requirements

  • Must have superior experience with computers and windows operating systems
  • Previous experience with IT help desk minimum of 2 years
  • Strong understanding of computer systems and mobile devices
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
  • Excellent computer skills
