Lead Quality Technician (Food Manufacturing)
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently looking for a Lead Quality Technician (Food Manufacturing) on 2nd shift for a great company in the Greensboro area.
- This is a Direct Hire opportunity paying $23 per hour
- Working in a food manufacturing environment

The primary purpose of the Lead Quality Technician (Food Manufacturing) is to ensure that Technicians/Line Monitors are following quality and food safety procedures and works closely with facility leadership to maintain the quality and safety of the food products produced.
Duties:
- Ensures products and packaging comply with industry standards as well as agreed- upon customer requirements.
- Investigates daily quality issues on the production lines
- Perform line inspections to identify if non-conformance meets claim policy criteria.
- Issues Quality Alerts and Deviations.
- Works with line workers to ensure proper safety, SOP, and documentation is being done.
- Training of new line technicians.
- Coordinates process, and data collection for process capability reports.
- Will communicate to leadership when issues arise that prevent release of finished products and raw materials.
- The Lead Technician will assist leadership with special projects that help further the company’s food safety and
- quality systems.
