Job Requirements of Inventory/Warehouse Associate:
Job Duties
- Partner with warehouse leadership to keep daily operations running efficiently.
- Inspect outgoing orders to ensure correct items and quantities are being shipped.
- Record shipment details and upload pallet images for tracking and documentation.
- Assist in reviewing and addressing order issues, including shortages or customer claims.
- Maintain accurate inventory by performing routine checks and updating system records.
- Organize and rotate stock to ensure older product is used before newer inventory.
- Support overall warehouse workflow, including staging, organizing, and prepping orders for delivery.
Job Requirements
- Previous warehouse, inventory, or logistics experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems (SAP experience is a plus).
- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills
- 2 years of recent forklift experience, ideally sit-down and stand-up forklift.
- Proven history of great attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.

Inventory/Warehouse Associate
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an Inventory/Warehouse Associate for our client in Kernersville. In this role, you’ll help keep our warehouse running smoothly by ensuring orders are accurate, inventory is organized, and shipments are properly documented. Ideal candidates will have 2 years of recent experience in an inventory environment. This position works 7am-5pm, Monday-Thursday, with overtime, as required.
