Qualifications

- 1–3 months of related lab or manufacturing experience preferred.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic math skills, including unit conversions and measurement reading (ruler, fractions, decimals).
- Ability to use Microsoft Word, Excel, and internal lab databases.
- Must successfully pass a mathematics skills test.

Lab Inspectors
Advanced Personnel Resources – one of the top staffing agencies in the Triad – is currently hiring for the following position:
Position: Inspector Operator/Textile Operations
Shift: 3rd, 12am-8am - Monday-Friday
Pay: $ 20.25
Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Lab Technician to perform testing and analysis of greige, finished, and coated fabrics in accordance with customer specifications and internal standards. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent recordkeeping skills, and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Test incoming greige, finished, and coated fabrics following established specifications and customer requirements.
- Accurately document results in lab databases, FTRs, and test packets in a timely manner.
- Immediately report out-of-specification results to operators and supervisors.
- Operate and maintain lab testing equipment, including Die Cutter/Clicker Press and RF Welder.
- Conduct special tests as assigned by the Lead, Manager, or Supervisor.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with 5S principles.
- Follow all safety procedures when operating lab equipment (Instron, Hot Press, Cure Ovens, RF Welder, etc.).
- Understand and reference Q-Pulse for Work Instructions, Fabric Specifications, and testing procedures.
- Comply with sample retain and testing frequency guidelines.
- Be familiar with MSDS information, fire extinguishers, eye wash stations, and chemical spill response procedures.
