Job Requirements of Inventory Coordinator:
Responsibilities:
· Strategically plan and manage logistics and transportation.
· Direct and coordinate inventory cycle within ERP software.
· Manage 3rd Party Logistics partner relationship to maximize efficiency and maintain accuracy.
· Manage inventory levels, reorder quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
· Keep internal stakeholders updated on order status and resolve any arising problems.
· Manage full supply chain costs and supplier pricing to maintain profitability targets.
· Maintain supplier compliance records and ensure new suppliers meet regulations.
· Manage multi-location chain store pricing changes and required submissions.
· Additional responsibilities as needed and determined by management.
Requirements:
· Excellent analytical, problem solving, and organizational skills.
· Proven track record of maintaining budgets and delivering on expectations.
· Working experience in logistics and purchasing a plus.
· Proficiency with cloud based collaboration programs, especially Google Workspace.
· Ability to learn or experience using ERP software.
· Ability to work independently and handle multiple ongoing projects.

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Logistics Coordinator with inventory experience for a new opening with our client in the Greensboro area. This Direct Hire position will be responsible for directing, optimizing, and coordinating the inventory and shipping operations within a fast-paced organization.
