Staff Accountant

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant in the Triad area. This role will assist and support the accounting department and management in carrying out the responsibilities of accounting and auditing.

Temp-To-Hire OR Direct Hire - $50,000-$58,000K annually depending on experience

Staff Accountant Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Monthly and quarterly invoicing
• Prepare, analyze, and maintain all reconciliations
• Maintain fixed asset ledger
• Assist in the preparation, coordination, and completion of supporting documents for audit procedure
• Monthly, Quarterly, and Annual reports
• Commission income/expense – reports, postings, and analysis
• Other duties assigned by Management Qualifications
• The candidate must be a self-starter, able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be capable of multi-tasking and setting priorities
• Minimum 2 years experience in accounting
• Ability to resolve problems, think analytically, and communicate professionally in high pressure, time-sensitive environment
• Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and organization
