Job Requirements of Machine Operator - 1st Shift:
Job Description:
- Set up, operate, and monitor production machines to form materials into specified shapes, profiles, and products.
- Load raw materials and adjust feed mechanisms to maintain proper material flow.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and communicate mechanical problems to maintenance for timely repairs.
- Remove defective material, clear jams, and maintain continuous operation.
- Monitor machine parameters such as temperature, pressure, and line speed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specifications and perform ongoing quality checks.
- Record production data, including machine settings, output levels, and quality inspection results.
- Conduct test runs to verify machine setup and operational readiness.
- Adjust heaters, cooling systems, tension controls, and line speed to ensure consistent performance.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of production or machine operation experience.
- Proven history of reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
- Ability to read and understand work instructions and safety documentation.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, reaching, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking experienced Machine Operators for our client in Greensboro. Candidates should have at least 2+ years of recent production/machine operation experience. This position works 7am-3pm, Monday-Friday, with regular overtime.
