Job Requirements of Line Associate:
Responsibilities:
- This role will assist in supporting the daily production activities to ensure smooth operations and product excellence.
- Assist with various aspects of the manufacturing process, including material handling, assembly, packaging, and maintenance.
- Load/unload raw materials and finished goods.
- Assist with the preparation and assembly of signs, including cutting, sanding, and painting materials.
- Visually inspect products and packaging for defects.
- Accurately complete production logs and other documentation.
- Load and unload materials and products, ensuring proper storage and organization.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet client standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all safety protocols and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Proven record of good attendance.
- At least 1 year of experience in manufacturing environment.
- Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents.
- Physically capable of manual lifting that includes bending and reaching. Ability to lift 50 pounds (for short bursts).

Line Associate
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking Production Associates/General Laborers for our client in High Point.
Ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of recent experience in a manufacturing environment and the ability to work overtime as required.
This position works 6/7am-3:30pm, Monday-Friday (additional overtime and weekends, as required).
