Job Requirements of Field Service Technician - Electrical or Mechanical:
Mechanical Essential Duties:
Installation and Commissioning of new machines
Operator and Maintenance training
Modifications in the PLC and HMI projects
1st level remote support for our customers
Electrical machine upgrades for existing machines
Electrical Essential Duties:

Mechanical Skills and Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and interact with customers effectively (understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction).
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to travel (the ability to be approved for a passport, international travel, and rental car contracts).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English language; Spanish is a plus
- Have a solid understanding of mechanical systems. This experience should encompass the use of hand tools, precision tools
- The ability to diagnose mechanical issues in packaging machinery
Electrical Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficient in PLC programming (Allen Bradley systems)
- Experience with Frequency Drives and Servo Drives
- Skilled in using a Multimeter for electrical circuit troubleshooting
- Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Proficient with electrical hand tools (wire strippers, cutters, crimpers)
- Ability to work independently and interact with customers effectively (understanding their needs, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring satisfaction).
- Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and ability to travel (the ability to be approved for a passport, international travel, and rental car contracts).

- 2-year degree or certificate in industrial automation, industrial electronics (Technical degree)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience with a strong understanding of packaging equipment installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in electrical work, specifically in packaging equipment installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
- Experience using mechanical hand tools (wrenches, punches, drills, tapping tools)
Electrical Education, Work Experience:

- 2-year degree or certificate in industrial automation, industrial electronics (Technical degree)
