Job Requirements of Machine Feeder:
Main Job Tasks:
- Feed paperboard or materials into production equipment to keep machines running efficiently.
- Pack finished products according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Inspect products for quality, defects, and accuracy during the production process.
- Stack, label, and prepare finished goods for shipment or the next stage of production.
- Assist machine operators with setup, material changes, and production support.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while following safety guidelines.
- Monitor production flow and communicate any issues with equipment or product quality.
- Follow work orders and production schedules to meet daily output goals.
- Support team members to ensure smooth operation of the production line.
Job Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or machine support experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Proven history of good attendance.
- Capable of reading and understanding work instructions and safety documents.
- Physically capable of lifting, bending, and reaching. Ability to lift 50 pounds (for short bursts).

Machine Feeder
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Machine Feeder for our client in the Whitsett area. Candidates should have at least 2 years of recent production, machine operation, and packaging experience. This position works 6pm-6am, Sunday-Wednesday, with additional overtime as required.
