Manage product design and 3D modeling, ensuring compliance with proprietary specifications and production requirements.
Deliver weekly supplier quality reports to vendors to promote continuous improvement.
Partner with inventory and procurement teams to recommend cost-saving material substitutions and specification updates.
Troubleshoot production and assembly issues, providing technical support and detailed checklists for assembly workers.

Refrigerant Engineer
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Refrigerant Engineer for a well established Triad based company. This role will be responsible for developing and improving tooling, optimizing manufacturing processes, mitigating risks, and conducting value stream mapping to drive operational efficiency.
