Quality Control Technician (Food Manufacturing)
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a Quality Control Technician to support food manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for performing quality control checks, sampling, and ensuring compliance with established quality, food safety, and sanitation standards throughout the production process.
Location: Burlington, NC
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay Rate: $20/hour
Job Type: Temporary to Hire

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Perform quality process checks on food production procedures.

Ensure compliance with quality control specifications, sanitation standards, HACCP, and GMP requirements across all production areas.

Collect product samples during production for laboratory testing.

Monitor raw material usage and production flow to prevent contamination before, during, and after production.
-
Print and verify product labels in accordance with daily production schedules.
-
Conduct weekly and monthly environmental swabs as part of the Environmental Monitoring Program.

Perform daily pre-operational and post-operational inspections.
-
Complete daily activity logs, documenting findings and recommendations.
-
Participate in special projects and perform other duties as assigned.
