Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Lease Administrator for a local company here in greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a college degree and and paralegal experience. This is a wonderful direct hire opportunity with a great corporate company.


Job Duties:



  • Review leasing documents to ensure all updates and changes have been updated

  • Red-line and compare old lease agreements to ensure that they are updated to match most current contracts

  • Enter and update pre set data and load reports into internal data base

  • Review negotiations of deals to ensure that proper modifications of terms have been approved.

  • Ensure no errors or typos exist on final document

  • Work on projects for legal department as requested

  • Pure back up documents and closing files when necessary

  • Support the legal department


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:



  • Bachelors degree

  • Minimum of 2 years in legal document review

  • Paralegal experience highly preferred

  • Excellent time management skills

  • Experience with Redlining and comparison features
