Job Description

 Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experience Logistics Coordinator for a large Transportation company. Ideal candidates will have experience coordinating multiple accounts at one time, troubleshooting travel logistics, opening service tickets and providing support to customers throughout the process. 


Job Duties:

  • Coordinate customer needs and provide immediate triage 
  • Coordinate logistics to get mechanical support
  • Provide technical troubleshooting 
  • Handle complaints during the process
  • Update multiple software systems simultaneously to ensure proper tracking 
  • Open and process service tickets to track progress

Job Requirements


  • Minimum of a Bachelors degree preferably in logistics, inventory control or business management
  • Minimum of 3 years of logistics/account support experience
  • Superior communication skills
  • Ability work work in multiple software systems simultaneously
