POSITION DESCRIPTION


The Inventory / Tracking coordinator is responsible for following up with suppliers and providing updates to the system on delivery information. Reviewing new orders and secure shipping  dates . 



PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY


  • Review orders and follow up providing  delivery information 
  • Data Entry of delivery confirmations and  enter tracking numbers
  • Follow up  and close out back orders   
  • Generate invoices 
  • Provide estimates of delivery times 


SECONDARY RESPONSIBILITY


  • Must have good telephone skills 
  • Comfortable with computer applications 
  • Attention to detail is a must
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  •  Good follow up skills 
  • Must be customer focused 

Job Requirements

SKILLS / BACKGROUND REQUIRED


  • Previous 2+ years of experience with inventory and tracking 
  • Previous 2+ years of experience in customer service
  • Excellent communication skills with customers and agents
  • Customer oriented mind-set, with a view of customer satisfaction excellence through simple and efficient communication, follow up, professional behavior and attitude
  • Excellent computer knowledge, especially Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Attention to the details
  • Flexible with learning new skills 
  • Capable of  multitasking
