Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently working with a large local firm on a contract Charitable Donations Project Administrator. Ideal candidates will have experience with social media marketing, event coordinator and update social media sites.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare social media postings
  • Take notes in meetings
  • Prepare updates for company newsletter
  • Assist with updating and preparing binders for fundraising events
  • Coordinate and work with VP

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years administrative experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of company/corporate social medial support
  • Experience preparing internal communications
  • Superior written communication skills
