Batch Maker


Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Mixing Technician for our client in High Point. Candidates who apply need to be able to read directions, follow formulas, and operate a industrial mixing equipment.


Job Description:



  • Operate Industrial Mixing equipment and hoppers.

  • Weighs and/or measures the correct amount of chemicals. Can be liquid or powder.

  • Read and follow directions.

  • Scale out ingredients according to the formula card.

  • Washes kettles and monitors equipment and process cleanliness.

  • Troubleshoot process, raw material and basic equipment problems.

  • Samples and/or inspects film prior to and after coating.

  • Performs quality checks, including printing, visual inspection, and color measurements.

  • Washes, checks and sets filters in the filter canister.

  • Repetitive lifting up to 50lbs.

  • Keep work area clean.


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:



  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.

  • Candidates will need a HS Diploma/GED.

  • Able to be trained to work with our process control, quality and inventory control systems.

  • Must be capable of reading and understanding instructions/recipes/formulas.

  • Ability to understand and follow English instructions.


Must be able to work up to 12 hour, rotating shifts.


Direct Hire opportuntiy.


Starting pay is $15+ DOE
