Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Office Administrator of an open temp to hire opportunity here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in an office environment assisting on projects.

 

Job Duties

·         Answer all incoming phone calls

·         Process and sort daily mail

·         Prepare reports and presentations for different management teams

·         Mail and send via USPS and FedEx

·         Maintain company email and update company contact list

·         Assist with all necessary office filing

·         Update and maintain company calendars with important events

·         Assist with planning and scheduling for events

·         Assist accounting department with processing accounts payable and accounts receivable

Job Requirements

·         Minimum of 3 years administrative experience in a fast pace environment

·         Superior communication skills

·         Ability to multitask

·         Heightened attention to detail

·         Minimum of 1 year experience working within an accounting department

·         Competent in Microsoft Office especially excel
