Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for an Office Manager with a strong background in accounting specifically accounts receivables.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Entering Orders daily into internal systems
  • Assisting the shipping department- create BOL's, packing slips, call trucks for pickups
  • Collections- work from an aging report to assist with collecting B2B
  • Returns- processing returns- sending RMA's so the customer can ship product back and issue credits to the client
  • Cash applications/ deposits/ invoicing

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in accounting or equivalent work experience
  • 5-10 years of experience in accounts receivable
  • Must have a strong background in accounting to resolve discrepancies with GL
  • Managing the order entry process of the entire manufacturing process
  • Manage all returns and issuing RMA's to the customers
  • Must have excellent customer service skills to handle all collections duties
