Job Description

The part-time Office Assistant will perform general administrative duties and be skilled in Microsoft Office, website management, program scheduling, and room reservations. The selected candidate will be detail oriented, flexible, and have expertise with both PC and Mac computers. A strong work ethic, excellent communication and organizational skills, and be able to relate to a diverse workplace are essential. The ability to multitask is critical, and other duties may be assigned. Some college preferred.  PC and Mac skills, Microsoft office, website management and program scheduling are required. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and relate to a diverse workplace.  Twelve hours per week.  Hour will vary between 10 a.m. – 2 p.m.
