Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced bookkeeper with superuser experience in Quickbooks. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 10 years of experience and have worked in property management or real-estate accounting.

Job Duties:

  • Must have expert experience working in quick books including reporting and entries
  • Experience pulling and processing reporting in Excel
  • Prepare journal entries and editing entries for the General Ledger
  • Answer phones when necessary and greet visitors
  • Process rental payments
  • Process utility bill payments

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in Quickbooks
  • Preferred experience working in property management or real-estate accounting
  • Must be looking for part time work 2-3 days per week around 50-60 hours per month
  • Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
  • Willing to take on other tasks as assigned
