Payroll Office Administrator

 

Immediate opening for a payroll manager in a highly professional office of a well established, stable and growing Greensboro based company. Core responsibilities will be payroll, accounting using QuickBooks, billing, A/R, reports in Excel and some front office duties including: ordering supplies, maintaining advertising and marketing materials, and assisting with promotions.

 

Job Requirements

·        Experience with QuickBooks and payroll software required.

·        Proficiency in Excel and Word required.

·        3 or more years payroll experience working in an administrative / customer service or other related capacity.

·        Polished, professional individual with strong verbal and written communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.

·        Ability to multi-task.

·        Ability to handle confidential information is of utmost importance!
