Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking an experience Procurement Clerk to work at a well-known company in the Triad.  The qualified candidate must be able to:

Facilitates and expedites the flow of materials to and from various departments.

Act as liaison between Procurement and other departments to expedite and resolve issues as it relates to purchase orders.

Deals directly with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate delivery of goods to appropriate


Daily review of request, transfers, buys and identify the whereabouts of inventory.

Research and reconcile any accounting issues.

Generate purchase orders

Inspects goods upon delivery to verify delivered goods match order specifications.

Handles any delivery inconsistencies or delays.

Must have working knowledge of ERP systems

Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite

Working history in a Manufacturing or distribution setting


Job Requirements

Requires a minimum high school diploma and 5 years ’ experience in a professional office environment.

Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.

Performs a variety of tasks. Works under general supervision.
