Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced production scheduler for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients here in the Triad. Our client is looking for someone who has a strong background in high volume production with 50+ parts per line. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 5 years planning experience and a bachelor's degree in a related field. 



Job Duties:


  • Maintain schedules, reports and tracking of materials to ensure that production cycles can run on schedule and resources are available

  • Monitor internal transfers of materials

  • Coordinate and monitor inventory levels as well as incoming materials 

  • Schedule production and update schedules depending on shortages

  • Communicate with internal departments on customer demands and essential production requirements

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in planner/ scheduler position within a high volume manufacturing environment

  • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred

  • Superior communication skills

  • Ability to analyze complex situations and provide solutions

  • Be able to understand process flow
