Project Coordinator - San Antonio, TX

Our client, a well-established and growing national leader in their industry, has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator.  Reporting to the Project Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Provide project management support to the assigned Project Manager
  • Partner with the Project Manager and Labor Superintendent to ensure projects are completed on time and under budget.
  • Partner with Project Manager and Purchasing to ensure material orders are accurate and timely.
  • Attend job site meetings which include pre-bid walk throughs, pre- construction walk throughs and routine site meetings.
  • Assist Project Manager with preparing job bids.
  • Assist with other ad-hoc projects as needed.

Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED and five years of commercial flooring experience.
  • Strong general construction knowledge.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Bilingual Spanish is a plus.
  • Flexible scheduling may be required to accommodate customer needs.
