Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Office Manager to support a fast-paced construction company in the Triad. The ideal candidate will have an experience with accounts payables and accounts receivables and can work with minimal supervision and have supervised office staff.

  • The qualified candidate will be responsible for maintaining all customer service relationships with existing business

  • Must have experience managing office support staff

  • Experience with Project Management

  • Will compile, sort, input and file documents.

  • Managing the office while the manager and sales reps are out on appointments

  • Enter all orders in the system

  • Manage and redirect phone calls

  • Complete reports using Microsoft Excel

  • Must have experience with database management

  • Review and proof-read contracts

  • Candidate must be able to manage the office with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with accounts payables, receivables and month end closings

  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of the construction industry a plus
