Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant with purchasing and inventory control background. Ideal candidates will have worked in a manufacturing environment monitoring inventory levels, forecasting inventory levels and ensuring all product is available. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a wonderful company.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare and generate reports on order history
  • Monitor forecasting to determine purchasing needs
  • Review purchasing trends
  • Update and work with warehouse on inventory levels
  • Prepare purchase orders
  • update and key orders as received
  • Monitor daily orders to ensure all necessary product is available
  • Update department heads on necessary product changes

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years account management/ Inventory control experience
  • Minimum of 6 months purchasing experience
  • Minimum of 3 years administrative support experience
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Excel
  • Superior communication skills
