Our recruiters are highly specialized consultants who recruit within specific job disciplines. Each of our division leaders has over a decade of direct experience working in the industries they serve.

We are currently searching for a Recruiter to join our exceptional recruiting and staffing team.


  • Participate in full life-cycle recruiting for a variety of contract and direct hire positions.

  • Utilizing both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent and find qualified candidates in local markets.

  • Matching candidates’ strengths with clients’ requirements.

  • Participate in contact calling, prescreening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications.

  • Complete pre-employment processes including reference checks, government mandated as well as background, education and credential screening and drug tests.

  • Negotiating wages, terms and conditions of employment with candidates and clients for current and future opportunities.

  • Managing contract employees while on assignment. Assessing and investigating contractor related problems, and administering performance counseling, coaching and corrective measures when necessary.

  • Working with Account Managers to assess clients recruiting and staffing requirements.

  • Communicating effectively with others to create a productive and diverse environment.

  • Communicating with peers by sharing recruiting “best practices" and providing accurate, thorough documentation on applicant tracking systems or other documentation tools,

  • Maintain relationships with industry contacts to provide excellent customer service gaining industry knowledge and obtaining referrals and business account expansions.

  • Network and build relationships with candidates and clients at all levels.

  • Manage key accounts and maintain contact with existing and new hiring managers.

  • Participate in job fairs, professional events and off site inspections, meetings and tours.

  • Strong working knowledge of social media, ATS, candidate databases and job boards

Job Requirements

Education and Experience Qualifications:

  • BS/BA Preferred

  • 2+ years recruiting experience preferred.

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.

  • Highly developed time management and excellent presentation skills, professionalism and integrity.

  • Proven track record and a desire to work in a fast paced results oriented team environment
