Job Description

This role will support the Customer Sales and Service Group with order processing, pricing, and sales data analysis.


 


 


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES


Duties will include but not limited to the following: 


 


-          Open Order / Order Management for VIP (high performance) sales reps



  • Creates and maintains open sales order report.

  • Works with Procurement and Sales to expedite orders.

  • Assists in processing complex orders and returns



-          Plans and executes sales strategy toward non-visited (1899) customers.



  • Develops sales goals and works toward achieving those

  • In cooperation with eCommerce/Marketing, drives the company's  online business



-          Customer Special Pricing



  • Creates and maintains new pricing schemes (may be in conjunction with Dir CS)

  • Upload and maintain special pricing in cooperation with CS Group

  •  


-          Metrics for CS Group



  • Collects and maintains metrics

  •  Analyses data with Sales and Customer Support management and suggests improvements

Job Requirements

4 year degee preferred or 2 year degree with relative experience


Account management/ sales / marketing experience desired


Working knowledge of Oracle or SAP desired
