Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced sales support representative for a temp to hire opportunity with one of our clients here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years sales support experience including order entry, order processing and shipment tracking. This is a great opportunity with a growing company.

Job Duties:

  • Answer all incoming calls

  • Return any messages, emails

  • Process Orders

  • File all paperwork for all warehouses

  • Break down Invoices and orders to match up and mail for CA

  • Sample requests

  • Proactively guide customers through the fulfillment process

  • Process order/fax confirmations

  • Filing all order/salesmen mail

  • Backorder Reports

  • Warehouse Reports

  • Customer Calls

  • Call customers on B/O items

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years order processing experience

  • Ability to multi task

  • High school diploma

  • Superior customer service skills
