Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a contract administrative assistant for our client in Greensboro. The hours for the position are 8:00am-5:00pm. This is an immediate need!


  • Assisting sales with processing of purchase orders ( data entry )
  • Keying pricing information into internal database systems
  • Fill-in relief for receptionist duties during lunch hours
  • Assist with 3 way match on purchase orders, invoices and pricing model
  • Assist with reporting in MS Excel
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • High School diploma or equivalent work experience
  • 3+ years of administrative support with some accounting exposure
  • Must have accurate data entry skills and type 35 wpm
  • Basic understanding of QuickBooks software
  • Strong attention to detail
  • A/P exposure
  • Knowledge of MS Office with strong emphasis on Excel
