Job Description

We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a well-known global engineering company in the Triad. In this role you will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues. The qualified candidate for this role will perform the following: 

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints
  • Provide information about the products and services
  • Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
  • Document and update customer records based on interactions
  • Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Experience working with Salesforce Lightning on Sales Cloud and PRM
  • Design, create, and implement configuration changes in an integrated Salesforce enterprise environment
  • Perform system administrator functions, including user management, profiles and role hierarchy
  • Create and maintain Lightning pages, page layouts, list views, fields, reports, and dashboards
  • Coordinate sprint backlog, releases and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Maintain quality of application and troubleshoot user reported issues
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
