Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Account Manager for a long term contract opportunity with one of our clients. Ideal candidates will have in depth customer service experience as well as Automation/Technical account management knowledge. This is a wonderful opportunity with a rapidly growing international company.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Monitor Regulatory data for all current and future accounts
  • Review customers orders to ensure all information is correct.
  • Maintain updated documentation within tracking system
  • Coordinate with logistics on shipping as well as process 3rd party freight quotes
  • Provide necessary compliance paperwork for products
  • Track and monitor along with sales group to ensure 100% satisfaction
  • Ability to provide technical/mechanical support and knowledge to determine best product for candidates
  • Ability to retain and learn a large amount of product information
  • Work directly with outside sales representative to provide superior support to clients
  • Prepare quotes for custom orders
  • Coordinate with engineering team to determine best product choices for clients

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-5 years corporate account management with global clients
  • Minimum of 3 years direct customer support experience
  • Minimum of 2 years logistics coordinating experience
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong history of internal and external support functions
