Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service professional for a local engineering/Manufacturing company. Ideal candidates will have experience working with engineers, promoting products to customers and communicating a full working knowledge of the company's product line. This is a temp to hire opportunity with a superior company.

Job Duties:

  • Answering all customer inquiries about products
  • Process sales orders and create purchase orders
  • Communicate with Engineering team to provide superior support to customers
  • Listen to customers needs and offer solutions for their engineering/manufacturing problems
  • Prepare quotes for products and services to clients
  • Update and document sales leads, account information and orders within ERP system

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in senior account management/ customer service role
  • Experience working in ERP system required
  • Superior communication skills
  • Experience working around engineers or technical products
  • Ability to communicate product knowledge to all levels of customers and staff
