Advanced Personnel Resources is recruiting for a Senior Level Administrative Assistant for our client located in Whitsett, NC.


  • Type correspondence and reports from rough drafts and edit for grammar, punctuation, and spelling 
  • Read and route incoming mail and locate and attach appropriate files to correspondence to be answered 
  • Organize and maintain file system and file correspondence and other records 
  • Answer and screen telephone calls and arrange conference calls 
  • Coordinate schedule(s) and make appointments 
  • Greet scheduled visitors and present them to appropriate area or person 
  • Arrange and coordinate travel schedules and reservations • Coordinate and arrange meetings, prepare agenda, reserve and prepare facilities, and record and transcribe minutes of meetings 
  •  Make copies of correspondence or other printed materials 
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements


  • Minimum a Associates Degree or equivalent experience required 
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative support 
  • Advanced level skills in MS Office (Excel, Outlook and Word) 
  • Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Detail oriented 
  • Experience with coordinating travel arrangements and making reservations
