Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a high level Sales Support Manager for a local manufacturing and distribution company. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in an order processing position and have experience working directly with a competitive sales team.  



Job Duties:


  • Open and process orders sent in by sales team

  • Monitor and expedite orders

  • Coordinate directly with procurement team to ensure orders can be fulfilled

  • Assist with order returns and complex refunds

  • Work directly with sales a team to strategize towards meeting and achieving sales goals

  • Work directly with ecommerce team

  • Prepare and maintain department metrics to ensure all goals are met

  • Analyze sales data and order data and make suggest and necessary improvements

  • Update and coordinate with customers on order status

  • Work with shipping department to expedite orders when necessary

  • Experience with monitoring pricing structures and developing discount plans for customers

Job Requirements

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in order management role

  • Bachelor’s degree highly preferred

  • Experience in SAP highly preferred, Oracle experience acceptable as well

  • Experience working with internal pricing models

  • Must be able to prioritize task to ensure all orders are processed

  • Superior communication skills both written and verbal

  • Highly analytical
