Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced technical customer service representative for a temp to hire opportunity with one of our clients here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years technical support experience.

Job Duties:

  • Assist with troubleshooting client issues with products remotely
  • Walk customers through product details and ensure they are receiving the correct items for their needs
  • Aid customers in placing orders online
  • Track and ensure products are delivered to clients
  • Update and assist with website errors

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years technical support experience
  • Minimum of 3 years customer service experience required
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evening hours and weekends
  • Ability to interview and start immediately
