Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking tech savvy individuals who have a passion for customer service and troubleshooting customer needs. Ideal candidates will have a degree in computer science, mechanical engineering or the tech related field. This position is responsible for troubleshooting client needs, assisting them with ordering the correct products and working through the ticket system. 

Job Duties:

  • Answer all customer needs based on product training
  • update training manuals when new processes are discovered
  • Work through customer work order tickets
  • Perform outbound calls to update customers and provide them with resolutions
  • Assist customers with answering questions on basic product knowledge
