Job Description

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking an experienced Warranty/Protection Plan Specialist for one of our clients here in Greensboro. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, price quoting, invoice processing and data review.

Job Duties:

  • Prepare quotes for dealerships on aftermarket purchased warranties
  • Review warranties guidelines
  • Assist with closing sales deals to customers
  • Evaluate warranties to ensure full coverage
  • Produce invoicing for all warranties sold
  • Monitor invoicing to ensure all errors are corrected
  • Update management on errors within system
  • Prepare recommendations for warranty changes based on sales trends

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree required. Preferred degree in Business, Finance or other relevant fields
  • Technical/Mathematical aptitude required
  • Excel- including pivot tables
  • Ability to problem solve and manage projects
  • Understanding of basic warranties and extended services
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Superior project management skills
