OPENING DUE TO EXPANSION!  Our client, an industry leader with operations in central NC, has an immediate opening.  Reporting to the VP of Safety, the primary responsibility of the Workers’ Compensation Claims Administration Manager is to oversee the worker's compensation process and portfolio of claims for Company.

Responsibilities include:

  • Establishing standards and procedures for all matters relating to Workers’ Compensation.
  • Reporting, investigation, and analysis; litigation management; resolution / outcome management; and the delivery of claim information.
  • Collaborate and develop relationships with claims adjusters, insurers, outside legal counsel, and other claims related parties.
  • Perform analysis to identify key drivers of new claims and develop mitigating strategies.

Job Requirements

  • Degree  Professional with 3-5 years related experience.
  • Knowledge of the entire claims administration, case management and cost containment solution as applicable to Workers’ Compensation.
  • Computer proficiency and technical aptitude with the ability to utilize MS Office including Excel spreadsheets
  • Ability to identify, analyze and solve problems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal, time management and organizational skills.
  • Motivated to work both independently and within a team environment.
