Job Requirements of Senior Customer Service Representative:
This role’s main goal will be to process incoming orders from customers and sales reps. The ideal applicant will primarily enter new orders, follow up on pending orders, handle requests from customers and sales representatives, manage customer interactions through electronic data, and help with inbound phone calls.
Order Entry Specialist Duties:

Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner

File and maintain order documents for easy retrieval

Transcribe order details accurately into the system

Perform basic math calculations to ensure order accuracy

Assist with data collection and analysis for reporting purposes

Use Microsoft Excel to create and update spreadsheets, including pivot tables

Provide administrative support to the team as needed

Maintain an organized and efficient office environment

Work with production or warehouse teams to ensure orders are entered with best known available date

Collaborating with management to take on additional responsibilities based on individual and company needs
Order Entry Specialist Qualifications: - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel - Previous administrative or clerical experience is preferred - Ability to transcribe information accurately and efficiently - Basic math skills for order calculations - Familiarity with pivot tables is a plus - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
