Job Requirements of HACCP Coordinator:

- Previous experience in food safety, quality assurance, or food manufacturing preferred
- Knowledge of HACCP, SSOP, and regulatory requirements
- Strong Microsoft Office skills

- Strong communication, organization, and critical-thinking skills
- HACCP certification preferred or ability to obtain certification

HACCP Coordinator
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a HACCP Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity with one of our clients in the Triad.
This role is responsible for supporting and maintaining food safety, HACCP, SSOP, and quality programs within a food manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have strong food safety knowledge, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to partner with production, quality, and operations teams to ensure regulatory compliance and product safety.
Salary: 55-75K annually
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain HACCP and food safety programs
- Review HACCP, SSOP, and related food safety documentation
- Monitor critical control points and verify proper corrective actions
- Track deviations, missed checks, documentation errors, and follow-up items
- Assist with food safety training for employees and supervisors
- Support internal, third-party, customer, and regulatory audits
- Assist with HACCP plan reassessments and updates
- Maintain food safety records, reports, and documentation
- Partner with production and quality teams to ensure compliance with food safety standards
- Spend time on the production floor verifying food safety processes
- Assist with environmental monitoring programs and supply inventory as needed
