Job Requirements of Shipping and Receiving Associate:
Job Duties
- Prepare orders for shipment utilizing forklift and motorized pallet jack.
- Identify orders to pull using RF scanners.
- Stage pallets for shipment.
- Inspect incoming materials and verify quality of products.
- Load trailers in a safe manner.
- Inventory management.
- Unload trailers and replenish warehouse inventory.
- Perform cycle counts for all products with an emphasis on high running parts.
- Perform and execute all material transactions in computer database.
- Read, follow and execute job tasks as defined by electronic (RF scanners) and/or pick slips.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures are followed.
Job Requirements
- 2-3 years of recent forklift experience.
- Proven history of great attendance.
- Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
- Inventory cycle counting experience is a plus.
- Working knowledge of WMS or Microsoft Excel.
- Flexibility to work additional hours, as needed.

Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Shipping and Receiving associate for our client in Salisbury.
Ideal candidates will have 2-3 years of recent experience with inventory control, warehouse management, staging pallets, deliveries and Microsoft excel.
This position works 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday.
