Job Requirements of Laboratory Analyst:
Responsibilities
- Conduct laboratory tests and analyses in accordance with GLP (Good Laboratory Practice) and CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.
- Utilize knowledge of animal physiology, microbiology, histology, and molecular biology to perform experiments and analyze data.
- Maintain laboratory information management systems (LIMS) for efficient data collection and management.
- Ensure compliance with FDA regulations while performing quality control checks on laboratory processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support scientific research and development projects.
- Document findings accurately and prepare reports for review by senior analysts or management.
- Assist in the training of new staff on laboratory techniques and procedures.
- Stay updated on advancements in laboratory technology and methodologies relevant to the field.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry or related field.
- Proven experience in an industrial laboratory setting is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in math for data analysis.
- Experience in research laboratories, including hands-on experience with various laboratory techniques.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating effective communication skills throughout the process.
