Inside Sales Support
Advanced Personnel Resources is seeking a motivated Inside Sales Support for a new opportunity with our client, an industry-leading organization here in the Triad. Inside Sales Support will provide technical and administrative support to the sales process, providing quoting, order entry, and customer communication related to product sales.
- Temp to Hire
- $24 per hour
- Monday - Friday working 8 AM to 5 PM

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customers and outside sales representatives through phone, email, and other digital communication platforms.
- Generate and distribute quotes for related materials based on customer requirements and project specifications.
- Conduct research on bid opportunities for upcoming and active projects.
- Accurately input and manage purchase orders within the company’s ERP system.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding quotes, orders, technical data requests, and customer questions to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to arrange shipments, track orders, and coordinate delivery timelines.
- Assist in addressing order issues, product returns, and general customer service concerns.
- Provide support with sales reporting, documentation, and data entry tasks.
- Partner with production and inventory departments to verify stock availability and lead times.
- Develop and nurture strong working relationships with distributors, contractors, and direct customers.
- Manage filing systems, including sales orders, shipping documents, and customer-specific pricing.
- Perform additional duties as needed.
