Job Duties

• Follow daily production schedules and assist with line activities to keep operations on track.
• Work closely with team leads and supervisors to report any issues that may slow down production.
• Support product changeovers by ensuring packaging, labeling, and codes are correct.
• Assist with basic equipment checks, cleaning, and upkeep to keep the line running efficiently.
• Participate in quality inspections of both materials and finished goods.
• Record shift activities and maintain accurate documentation.
• Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Be proactive in identifying and reporting safety concerns.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred.
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive, respectful attitude.
• Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and accurately record information.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts when needed.
• Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes humid or wet environment (with occasional exposure to allergens and cleaning chemicals).
