Job Requirements of Machine Operator - 12-Hour Night Shift:
Job Duties
- Follow daily production schedules and assist with line activities to keep operations on track.
- Work closely with team leads and supervisors to report any issues that may slow down production.
- Support product changeovers by ensuring packaging, labeling, and codes are correct.
- Assist with basic equipment checks, cleaning, and upkeep to keep the line running efficiently.
- Participate in quality inspections of both materials and finished goods.
- Record shift activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Keep workstations clean, safe, and organized.
- Follow all company policies, food safety standards, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
- Be proactive in identifying and reporting safety concerns.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Prior experience in production, manufacturing, or a similar environment is preferred.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive, respectful attitude.
- Ability to read, write, perform basic math, and accurately record information.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and different shifts when needed.
- Comfortable with standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the shift.
- Able to work in a fast-paced, sometimes humid or wet environment (with occasional exposure to allergens and cleaning chemicals).

Machine Operator - 12-Hour Night Shift
Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking Machine Operators for our client near Winston-Salem. Ideal candidates will have at least 1-2 years of recent manufacturing experience and a background in assembly, measuring, using hand tools, and packaging. This position works a 12-hour night shifts, Monday-Friday.
