Advanced Personnel Resources is currently seeking a Delivery Associate for our client in Statesville, NC. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of general driving experience, a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. This is a direct hire opportunity with great benefits after 90 days!
Job Duties
- Responsible for transporting products from main office to local clients.
- Assist in pulling orders for delivery .
- Interact with clients and provide adequate customer service.
- Pull orders for shipment and verify quantity prior to shipment.
- Maintain a clean delivery vehicle.
- Deliver the correct products to the correct customer.
- Follow designated routes and delivery time schedules.
- Load, unload, check and verify all incoming and outgoing shipments of materials, products, equipment and supplies.
- Perform and execute all material transactions in computer database.
- Verify incoming goods and replenish stock in warehouse.
Job Requirements
- 3 years of general driving experience.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Clean Driving record
- Proven history of great attendance.
- Previous route delivery experience is a plus (no CDL needed).
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends, as needed.
- High School Diploma or equivalent
